I'm Sharad Jain — an AI engineer focused on building production-grade intelligent systems. Currently I lead AI at Autoscreen.ai, where we're rethinking how hiring works with LLMs and autonomous agents.

Before this, I spent time at Meta on data science infrastructure, at Autodesk building ML pipelines, and at WithJoy working on growth analytics. I have an MS in Business Analytics from UC Davis.

I write to think. Most of what I publish here is me working through ideas about how large language models actually work, the emerging patterns in AI agent design, and what happens when software can reason.
